Cheyenne home prices up, expected to continue to rise

Cheyenne area home prices rose 3% on average through August over last year’s numbers. The president of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors expects the trend to continue due to an increase in local economic and business development.

In addition to higher home prices the local market appears to be very active, with homes selling faster and more homes being sold over all.
