Torrington East Side Industrial Park ready for new businesses
TORRINGTON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Business Council recently reported that a new site is ready for development for new and expanding businesses. It is the state’s second certified industrial site.
The Torrington East Side Industrial Park provides prospective business owners the opportunity to open quickly and, perhaps most importantly, avoid surprises.
“It’s ready for development,” said Ashley Harpstreith, executive director of Goshen County Economic Development Corporation (Goshen County EDC). “If somebody shows up tomorrow, we can start moving dirt.”
The Goshen County EDC will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Torrington East Side Industrial Park at 3 p.m. on March 9 in correlation with the quarterly Wyoming Business Council Board of Directors meetings. The ceremony will be held adjacent to the Torrington Water and Wastewater Facility at 659 Industrial Park Ave.
The public and the media are invited to attend the ceremony.
